I've always liked shapes with straight edges.

Well a pentagon has five sides
And a triangle has three
That's six for all my band's stuff

Well an octagon eight sides
And a septagon has seven
A hexagon has six sides
Which is why they feel the rhythm
Dodecagons have twelve sides
And the nonogons have nine
So tell me all your favourite shapes
And I'll tell you all mine

Something simple as a cube
Can still have lots of fun
They might only have six sides
But that's six more sides than none

Dodecahedrons have 12 sides
And 20 vertices and 30 edges
(30 edges)
Octahedrons have 8 sides
And 6 vertices and also 12 edges
(so many edges)

A teseract has many sides
It's weird and kind of crazy
We're talking about hypercubes
They're vague and kinda hazy
One step up from that and you're in
5th dimension space
Normal shape rules don't apply
It's a very special place
